Our Mission Chaos to Calm Parenting is dedicated to empowering parents of neurodivergent children with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to transform daily challenges into opportunities for connection and growth. Our mission is to foster calmer homes, strengthen family bonds, and build lasting resilience for every family we serve.

2. Who We Serve This program is specifically designed for parents and caregivers of children diagnosed with or exhibiting characteristics of ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder, who are seeking proactive strategies and guidance to address behavioral challenges, improve communication, and enhance family well-being. Our services are intended for parents who are motivated to implement consistent strategies and actively participate in their child's developmental journey.

3. Our Services Chaos to Calm Parenting offers a range of educational and coaching services focused on positive behavioral strategies and family dynamics. Services may include one-on-one coaching, group workshops, online resources, and personalized strategy development, all aimed at providing practical support for managing specific behaviors and fostering a supportive home environment.

4. Our Program Philosophy We operate from a strengths-based, behavior-analytic, and family-centered perspective. We believe in understanding the unique needs of each child and family, providing evidence-informed strategies, and building upon existing strengths to create positive, sustainable change. Our approach emphasizes collaboration, respect, and a non-judgmental environment, recognizing the profound love and commitment parents have for their children.

5. Confidentiality and Data Privacy All personal information shared by clients during assessments, coaching sessions, or through program interactions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We adhere to strict ethical guidelines regarding data protection and privacy. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit written consent, except where legally required or in situations where there is a clear and imminent risk of harm to self or others. Our detailed privacy practices are available upon request.

6. Client Responsibilities To ensure the most successful outcomes, clients are expected to:

Actively participate in scheduled sessions and complete any agreed-upon assignments or practices.

Communicate openly and honestly about their child's behaviors, family dynamics, and any challenges encountered.

Notify Chaos to Calm Parenting in a timely manner regarding any changes to schedules, relevant information, or concerns.

Approach the program with a willingness to learn, adapt, and implement new strategies consistently.

7. Provider Responsibilities Chaos to Calm Parenting is committed to:

Providing professional, ethical, and evidence-informed guidance and support.

Maintaining strict confidentiality of client information.

Delivering services in a respectful, empathetic, and non-judgmental manner.

Communicating clearly and promptly regarding program expectations, progress, and any adjustments.

Tailoring strategies to meet the unique needs of each family.

8. Fees and Payment Policy Details regarding program fees, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods will be provided in a separate agreement prior to enrollment. All fees are due as per the agreed-upon schedule. Non-payment may result in a temporary suspension of services. Information on potential payment plans or financial assistance options may be available upon inquiry.

9. Scope of Practice and Emergency Procedures Chaos to Calm Parenting provides coaching, education, and behavioral strategy consultation led by a licensed psychologist. However, it is important to note that diagnosis is not offered within the scope of this program. Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic intervention, or emergency services. We do not prescribe medication or offer crisis intervention.

In case of a mental health crisis, medical emergency, or any situation requiring immediate professional intervention, clients are advised to contact emergency services (e.g., 911), a crisis hotline, or their primary healthcare provider or mental health professional.

Any concerns that fall outside the scope of our coaching and educational services will be promptly communicated, and appropriate referrals may be suggested.

10. Concerns and Dispute Resolution Should any client have concerns or complaints regarding the services provided, we encourage direct communication to address the issue promptly and collaboratively.
