STILL NOT SURE?

Frequently

Asked Questions

We understand that seeking support for

your child can feel overwhelming.

Below are answers to some of the

most common questions parents have

about the process.

Question 1: I feel overwhelmed. I’m scared to commit to something this big. Is that normal?

Yes. That feeling is very common. Most parents who reach out are already exhausted and unsure of what to do next. You have likely tried many different approaches already. This process is not about pressure. It is about gaining clarity. During our call, we simply explore whether this level of support feels like the right fit for your family.

Question 2: How long does the program last?

The program runs for 90 days. This timeframe allows enough space to calm patterns at home and build systems that actually last, without feeling endless or open-ended.

Question 3: How often are the sessions?

Your selected tier includes structured weekly live sessions. Between sessions, you will also receive guidance for implementing the strategies at home. You are not left alone trying to figure things out.

Question 4: Will I have support between sessions?

Yes. You will have access to a private communication app where you can send voice or video messages. Responses are provided within 48 hours, so you continue receiving support between live sessions.

Question 5: Is this covered by insurance?

No. This is private coaching with hands-on implementation support. Insurance models usually limit access and frequency, and most families need more consistent guidance than those systems allow.

Question 6: Are payment plans available?

Yes. Installment options are available through Klarna, Affirm, Revolut, and other structured payment platforms. Many families choose to use these options.

Question 7: When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of enrollment in order to secure your place in the program.

Question 8: What if I’m worried it won’t work?

That concern is understandable. When you are already overwhelmed, committing to something new can feel risky. What makes this different is that you are supported while you implement the changes, not just given information. We adjust, refine, and guide you as things unfold in real time.

Question 9: What if I need to talk with my partner or another decision maker first?

That is completely reasonable. If you are not the only person making this decision, please share this information with your partner so you can review it together before our call. When both decision makers are aligned, the process usually feels much clearer and more confident.

Question 10: What types of support tiers are available?

There are three support tiers designed to meet different levels of family needs. Each tier offers structured group sessions, access to the private support app, and guidance to help you implement strategies at home.

Question 11: Are sessions virtual or in person?

All sessions are held virtually. This allows families to receive consistent support from the comfort of their own home without needing to travel. Virtual sessions also make it easier to apply strategies directly within your child’s daily environment, which often leads to more practical and lasting changes.

Question 12: How quickly can I receive support when I have questions?

All tiers include access to a private communication app where you can send voice or video messages. Depending on your tier, responses are provided either the same day or within 48 hours so you are supported while applying strategies at home.

Question 13: Will the strategies be personalized for my child?

Yes. Behavior plans are designed to give structure and clarity while still adapting to your child’s specific needs. In the higher support tiers, plans are highly customized and refined as we work together so the strategies actually fit your child’s nervous system, routines, and challenges.

Question 14: What if I’m already overwhelmed and worried I won’t have time for this?

Most parents who join already feel stretched thin. The goal is not to add more to your plate. The strategies are designed to fit into your existing routines so daily life becomes calmer and more predictable over time. As systems begin working, many families actually feel less overwhelmed.
